AMH&M books up to one and a half years in advance. If your wedding is more than a year and a half away, please check back when you are 18 months out. But don’t wait too long! We book up quickly and work on a first-come, first-serve basis.
A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of 35% of the total amount and signed contract will be due upon booking your wedding date. This will be applied to the final cost of services.Your date will not be held until AMH&M has received both your deposit and signed contract.
Excluding the Elopement Package, our booking minimum is $650. Travel, overnight accommodations, additional artists, and holiday or early morning fees do not count towards the minimum, the minimum will only apply to services.
There will be a fee of 50% of your remaining balance if you need to cancel. If there is a cancelation within one month of your wedding date, the entirety of your payment is still due on the date agreed upon.
We do keep your 35% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer. Once you save your date with AMH&M, we turn away your date to other inquiries.
What if I want to book more services than I requested?
This happens all the time! And I always do my best to accommodate your bridal party. I ask that you let me know of additional services as soon as possible.
What if I want to take away services after I already paid my deposit?
Unfortunately, I can't take away services after we have agreed to them in the bridal contract. Once I accept your wedding date, I am declining services for other events based upon our agreement.
How do you take payment?
Payments can be made by cash, check, credit/debit cards, or PayPal. The final balance is due no later than 24 hours before your event. The person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the booking contract.
If the bride is the only one having her hair and makeup done, then the Elopement Package is for you!
Flexible Timing required; AMH&M will have you ready before your “must be ready” time, but please be aware that your hair and makeup may be done well before your ceremony, and often takes place early in the morning

The Flex schedule and 20 mile restriction can be waved with $350 fee if a full bridal party has not already reserved the date
RENTAL HAIR EXTENSIONS
Hair and makeup trials are an additional flat rate, as listed under the Services tab
AMH&M is completely mobile, trials take place at a home, hotel, or location of your choice.
Trials are recommend 4-6 weeks before your wedding
If you would like to schedule a trial before booking, please know that your wedding date is still available to others who know they want to hire AMH&M
We stay very busy with weddings over the weekends, so trials are available Mondays-Thursdays for this reason. If you need to schedule an “after hours” trial, a $50/hr fee will be applied between 6:00pm and 10:00am. Friday - Sunday trials will incur a $115 weekend fee, and will take place after all on site work has been completed for the day.
If you choose not to have a trial, (this is not recommended, however I do work with many out of state brides and trials are not possible), 30 additional minutes will be added to your timeline for minor adjustments and a $50 No Trial fee will be incurred.
$12 per hour, round trip
Mileage is charged at the IRS rate of 58 cents per mile, round trip
If distance is more than 2 hours away, an overnight hotel and per diem may be added
Colorado weather can be unpredictable! If need be I will go up a few days early or stay a few days late due to weather. Please be aware that additional travel days will come with a fee.
Traveling outside of Colorado is welcomed, contact me to discus details! I’ve traveled all over the country for weddings and I'm very comfortable in doing so. For weddings, travel is very common, and my office will make all the arrangements, flights, hotel etc.
